Out of Town Patients

Bnoon welcomes patients from across Saudi Arabia and the wider region. We understand that travelling for fertility care adds a layer of complexity, and our team is here to make the experience as smooth and stress-free as possible.

Planning Your Trip

Our patient coordinators can help you plan your appointments in a way that minimises the number of trips required — grouping consultations, tests, and follow-up reviews as efficiently as possible. Let us know when booking that you'll be travelling, and we'll structure your schedule with that in mind.

For IVF monitoring cycles, we can work with a local clinic in your area to conduct some of the routine scan and blood test appointments, reducing the number of visits to our centers during the monitoring phase.

Telemedicine for Remote Consultations

Many consultations — including initial reviews, results discussions, and follow-up appointments — can be conducted via our telemedicine service. This means you can connect with your Bnoon specialist from wherever you are, without needing to travel for every interaction.

Our telemedicine platform offers the same level of care and attention you'd receive in person, with a clear, private connection to your specialist.

Getting the Most From Your Visit

If you're travelling to one of our centers, consider allowing a little flexibility in your schedule around appointment times — this helps if your doctor needs to perform additional tests or spend more time with you than planned.

Our centers in Riyadh, Jeddah, and Al Ahsa are all in well-connected areas with accommodation options nearby. Your coordinator can advise on specifics when you book.

How to Arrange a Visit

Call our contact center on 9200 100 22 or fill out the appointment request form, and let us know you'll be travelling. Our team will do everything possible to make your visit efficient, comfortable, and worth your journey.

This is general information. Instructions and timing vary by procedure, clinician and individual circumstances; follow your treating team.
