Your Rights

  • To receive respectful care that protects your dignity, beliefs, and cultural needs.
  • To have your health information treated as private and confidential, in line with applicable policy and law.
  • To receive clear information about your diagnosis, proposed treatment options, expected benefits, and possible risks in a language you understand.
  • To give informed consent before a procedure, and to ask questions or take time to decide where appropriate.
  • To request a second opinion and to know the identity and qualifications of the clinicians involved in your care.
  • To request access to your medical records in accordance with Bnoon policy and applicable requirements.
  • To raise a concern or complaint without it affecting the quality of your care. You can use our Submit Feedback path or contact the clinic team.
  • To receive care in a safe, clean, and infection-controlled environment.

Your Responsibilities

  • Provide complete and accurate health information and tell us if your condition changes.
  • Follow the agreed treatment plan, or discuss any questions, concerns, or difficulties with your care team.
  • Respect staff, other patients, clinic property, and agreed appointment times.
  • Settle financial obligations and discuss any billing questions as early as possible.
  • Tell your care team promptly about changes to your contact details, health status, or ability to attend appointments.
