Your Embryos,
Safely Preserved
When an IVF or ICSI cycle produces more embryos than are transferred in one go, vitrification allows those embryos to be stored safely — giving you the flexibility of additional chances without repeating the full cycle.
What to Expect
A connected sequence of treatment steps from the first consultation through follow-up.
IVF or ICSI Cycle
Embryo freezing begins with a standard IVF or ICSI cycle — ovarian stimulation, egg retrieval, and fertilisation in our embryology lab.
Embryo Development & Assessment
Fertilised eggs are cultured for several days. Our embryologists monitor development closely and assess which embryos are suitable for transfer or freezing.
Vitrification
Embryos selected for storage are frozen using vitrification — an ultra-rapid flash-freezing technique that minimises ice crystal formation and maximises the chance of successful thawing later.
Secure Long-Term Storage
Frozen embryos are stored in individually labelled, temperature-controlled containers in our secure lab. Storage records are maintained with strict chain-of-custody protocols.
Frozen Embryo Transfer (FET)
When you are ready for your next cycle, the embryo is carefully thawed and transferred. Your care team prepares your body for transfer and guides you through the process from start to finish.
