Fertility Counselling

Support for the Journey, Not Just the Treatment

The emotional weight of a fertility journey is real — and you deserve proper support for it. Bnoon's counsellors offer a confidential, compassionate space to process what you are going through, at every stage of your experience.

Who It's For

Counselling is for anyone navigating:

The uncertainty of treatment

Each cycle brings hope and anxiety in equal measure. A counsellor helps you manage both — without having to carry it all yourself.

A diagnosis that changes things

Receiving a fertility diagnosis can feel destabilising. Counselling provides a space to process what it means for you and your plans.

Pregnancy loss

Whether you have experienced one loss or several, grief deserves a space. Counsellors at Bnoon are experienced in supporting people through pregnancy loss with care and without judgement.

Decisions about next steps

Complex decisions — about treatment, stopping treatment, or alternative paths — benefit from professional support alongside the medical conversation.

How It Works

What to Expect

A connected sequence of treatment steps from the first consultation through follow-up.

  1. Initial Session

A confidential, unhurried conversation to understand what you are going through — whether you are at the start of treatment, in the middle of a difficult cycle, or processing a loss. There is no agenda, no pressure, and no judgement.

Consultation — two seats facing each other across a small round table.
  2. Ongoing Support Tailored to Your Journey

Sessions continue at whatever frequency feels right — weekly, fortnightly, or around key moments in your treatment cycle. The focus adapts as your journey evolves.

Follow-up and next steps — a timeline with today, a review point, and a marked next step.
  3. Couple Sessions Where Helpful

Fertility treatment can place significant strain on relationships. Joint sessions offer a safe, guided space for couples to navigate this together — at their own pace.

Diagnostic workup — a sample vial beside a rising and falling results line.
  4. Coordination with Your Care Team

With your consent, your counsellor can communicate with your medical team to ensure that emotional wellbeing is considered alongside clinical decisions. Your privacy is always fully respected.

Ovarian stimulation — an ovary containing follicles at increasing sizes.
