IUI Treatment

A Gentle First Step in Fertility Treatment

Intrauterine insemination is one of the simplest and least invasive paths toward pregnancy — a carefully timed, outpatient procedure carried out by specialists who understand that every step of this journey matters.

Your IUI Journey

What to Expect

A connected sequence of treatment steps from the first consultation through follow-up.

  1. Consultation

Your specialist reviews your fertility history, general health, and goals to confirm whether IUI is the right starting point — and to discuss what the cycle will look like.

Consultation — two seats facing each other across a small round table.
  2. Cycle Monitoring

We track your natural or lightly stimulated cycle with ultrasound scans and hormone checks to identify the best window for insemination.

Monitoring — a follicle under scan waves, above a row of visit markers.
  3. Sperm Preparation

A semen sample is processed in our lab to concentrate the most active, healthy sperm — a step that significantly improves the chances of fertilisation.

Sperm selection — several sperm shown faintly, with one ringed and highlighted.
  4. Insemination

The prepared sperm is gently placed directly into the uterus using a thin, soft catheter. The procedure is quick, outpatient, and most patients describe it as no more uncomfortable than a routine examination.

Diagnostic workup — a sample vial beside a rising and falling results line.
  5. Follow-up & Next Steps

Two weeks after insemination, a pregnancy test confirms the result. If needed, your care team will discuss next steps — calmly and with full support.

Follow-up and next steps — a timeline with today, a review point, and a marked next step.
