Precision Fertilization,
One Cell at a Time
When fertility challenges relate to sperm, ICSI gives every egg its best chance — with our embryologists selecting and injecting a single healthy sperm directly, under the highest precision available in reproductive medicine.
What to Expect
A connected sequence of treatment steps from the first consultation through follow-up.
Consultation & Review
Your specialist reviews your full medical history, previous fertility test results, and semen analysis to confirm that ICSI is the right approach for you.
Ovarian Stimulation & Egg Retrieval
The same careful stimulation phase as IVF — a personalised medication protocol, closely monitored — followed by a minimally invasive outpatient egg retrieval.
Sperm Preparation
Our embryologists carefully select the healthiest individual sperm from the sample provided, or from previously retrieved or frozen material. Where it helps, that selection is supported by Vitruvian MD — an AI-enabled assessment of motility, morphology and DNA fragmentation.
Injection & Fertilisation
Each mature egg has a single sperm injected directly into it under high-powered microscopy in our embryology lab. Fertilisation is confirmed the following day.
Embryo Development
Fertilised eggs are cultured for several days. Your embryologist monitors progress and selects the most viable embryo or embryos for transfer.
Embryo Transfer & Support
Transfer takes place a few days after fertilisation. Your care coordinator stays with you through the two-week wait and beyond.
